Jodi and Saul have been residents of Washington since 2005.  It was when Saul retired from the Navy, that they decided to put down their anchor in WA and made the Pacific Northwest their home.  They have been married for 30 plus years, raised 4 wonderful children and now have their first grandchild.  When not helping their community, they enjoy spending time with each other and their family, at health & fitness events, entertaining their friends, traveling, and or relaxing at their property on the West side.

They opened up SNJ HomeHelp(dba) over nine years ago because they saw that there was a need in the real estate world that was missing.  Jodi and Saul knew they could fill it; A business that provides the true definition of customer service.  One that listens, understands, cares, educates and 100% looks out for the best solutions for their clients.  SNJ HomeHelp serves Thurston County and the surrounding areas.  They are your one stop shop for all your needs and SOLUTIONS. SNJ HomeHelp are proud members of Thurston County Chambers of Commerce along with the Senior Action Network of South Sound, which Jodi is a board member.  They both love their community and strive to be servants to it.

Saul brings his experience as a Retired 20yr Veteran of the United States Navy, 10yrs of service with the State of Washing Dept of Social and Health Services and most recently providing help as a Real Estate Agent.  He is a remarkable advocate for his clients.  Whether you are buying, selling, or renting, he will work tirelessly to promote your best interests.  Saul is also a Certified Probate Expert (C.P.E.) which he acquired through Probate Mastery.  “Helping people get through trying times really emphasizes what I strive to do on a daily basis” says Saul.  On certain days you can find Saul volunteering at the local VFW post 318 as an honor guard member rendering honors to fellow veterans during memorial services.  Constant communication and being accessible whenever you need him is a creed he lives by.  Saul is a strong supporter of the Susan G Komen Breast Cancer awareness foundation.  He is extremely thankful for this organization because in 2013 his wife was diagnosed with breast cancer and due to the support of organizations like Susan G Komen, she is in remission, a cancer survivor!

Jodi has worn many hats along the different journeys in her life.  From holding down the fort and raising 4 amazing kids while Saul was out at sea defending our freedom.  Being a licensed Day Care Provider in their own home.  To an Executive Assistant and then an LMP (Licensed Massage Practitioner) for over 10 years in Washington. There did come another turn in her journey when she was diagnosed with breast cancer.  It is because of this; she can bring all her experiences with her to help find a solution for your very own situations.  She knows how to listen.  Her main intention is to understand her client’s needs and build a relationship that will last over the course of time.  While she is a strong advocate for her clients, she is just as much a compassionate, friendly, humorous partner who eases a process that can often be quite stressful.  Jodi also makes time to fundraise to support one of her passions.  To find a cure to end breast cancer, to make a difference to breast cancer patients and their families.  In November 2022, Jodi had finished her 11th, 3-day/60-mile walk.  The passion she has, to find a cure for breast cancer, is the same amount of passion she has to help others.

It is because of the people Saul and Jodi are that SNJ HomeHelp is a success.  They continue to grow, learn, and serve their community.  They are also members of: Thurston County Multiple Listing Sales Association, Bigger Pockets, Toastmasters, Veteran of Foreign Wars (VFW), REAPS and starting a new non-profit called Casa Joliska Foundation.  They are known for their integrity, diplomacy, compassion, understanding and sincerity in everything that they do.  They are here for you.  You are part of their community that they care about.
